The current workflow supports importing the exported data file, automatic identification of samples and controls, and editing sample information where necessary.
Automated quality control
Get an immediate overview of run QC with clear pass/fail information and detailed QC parameters. Results requiring additional review are highlighted directly in the interface.
Clear RHD result interpretation
Review sample interpretations alongside the number of RHD-positive replicates and graphical displays of RHD and control gene (GAPDH) Ct values. The acceptable GAPDH range is displayed to support assessment of sample quality.
Reporting and traceability
Generate detailed reports containing quality-control and interpretation information. Reports can be exported in PDF or XML format, with customizable fields for laboratory documentation.
Statistics and monitoring
