HLA loss mediated immune escape after HSCT: From biology to NGS-based detection
Relapse after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) remains a major clinical challenge. Studies show that approximately 30–40% of post-transplant relapses involve HLA loss, particularly in haploidentical transplants and 5-10% in mismatched unrelated donor (MMUD) settings. Understanding and detecting this immune escape mechanism is becoming increasingly important in post-transplant monitoring and translational research. In this webinar, we’ll introduce Devyser HLA Loss, an NGS solution designed to support researchers and laboratories studying post-transplant relapse pathways.
In this webinar, we will explore:
- Biological and genomic basis of HLA loss
- NGS-based detection with Devyser HLA Loss, a simple and rapid workflow
- Dedicated software - Advyser HLA Loss
This session is intended for laboratories and researchers working with HSCT monitoring, NGS-based chimerism analysis, and immune escape mechanisms.
Feel free to submit your questions in advance if you want them addressed during the webinar by replying to this email.
