Instructions
  1. Adjust all library pools to the same concentration (2nM) as described in the Instructions For Use of the Devyser kit.
  2. Mix the required volume of each library pool as indicated in the table above.
    If the volumes for the different library pools are very different (volume ratio > 1:60), the volume of the library pools might not be sufficient after dilution to 2nM. As default, we recommend using a minimum of 2μl of the pool with the lowest pooling volume to ensure reliable pipetting. It is however possible to reduce the volume of each amplicon pool (as example, a volume ratio of 2 μl : 120 μl can be reduced by half to 1 μl : 60 μl).
    * if only one library pool was prepared, proceed directly to the sequencing step (as described in section 8 of the Instruction For Use of the Devyser kit).
  3. Please note that when there is capacity remaining in the sequencing kit/flowcell, each amplicon pool will generate proportionally more reads in the sequencing run, which is outlined in the report column "% of run".
